SCGH has full and part time positions, as well as on call staff to provide services on a 24/7 basis.

Care givers and employees are trained and certified as required by DHS/DES including Article 9, Prevention & Support, CPR, First Aid and numerous others.

Employees are required to participate in refresher and on-going training, as well as to maintain all certifications.

A rigorous background check is done on each employee prior to hiring, including fingerprint clearance, central registry, and a federal background check.

Drivers are required to have a clean driving record and those records are regularly reviewed.
