The House Manager oversees one or more locations including all the ins and outs of daily life, staff scheduling, compliance oversight, and record-keeping. Our House Managers are the front-line supervisor that ensures a quality life for all our residents.
The Direct Support Professional handles the day to day requirements of supporting the resident. This can include teaching life skills, documentation, housekeeping, transportation, etc. Our DSP’s are the key to our resident’s quality of life.
The Administrative Assistant is the first point of contact for SCGH’s employees and prospective employees, visitors, guests and business associates when entering or calling the office. They are integral in the hiring, orientation, and payroll processes.
Program Managers oversee 2 – 6 locations or programs and support both House Managers and the Program Director in achieving outstanding results for members and the staff team.
